Worst management. As a hosting party. I should get my payment on weekly basis. Now its pending for 3 weeks!!! Payment they made only for past 3 weeks!!! Update 17th Mar 2022. What a day. Moovby apps showing that payment has been made on 14th Mar 2022 to the host (me). But i dont receive any!!! Seriously.
It doesn't work. When browsing for cars or destination it took forever to load. Had to just remove it. 28-Feb-22: I've uploaded the video of the issue. My reviews will remain as status quo until the issue is fixed.
hi everyone this is my true experience in 2021-2022 1.i hv request from few host but last minute they cancelled my request. then i need to find other car in last minutes time. 2.i hv booked and paid with bank card payments in the app, but when the day of booking come, host cancelled my booking said the car was accidental/broken down. Then i requested for refund from customer service named Ms Azlynn but until now 17/2/2022 no refund have been made to my bank account. 3.Very slow CS response.
why i cannot book a car ? waiting for approval so long time ..

easy to use and excellent support system.
It took me 4 times to get my driving license approved. Takes long time to load data from server, the first page of the app has not finish loading even after I finish going to toilet.
