"Worst management. As a hosting party. I should get my payment on weekly basis. Now its pending for 3 weeks!!! Payment they made only for past 3 weeks!!! Update 17th Mar 2022. What a day. Moovby apps showing that payment has been made on 14th Mar 2022 to the host (me). But i dont receive any!!! Seriously."

"hi everyone this is my true experience in 2021-2022 1.i hv request from few host but last minute they cancelled my request. then i need to find other car in last minutes time. 2.i hv booked and paid with bank card payments in the app, but when the day of booking come, host cancelled my booking said the car was accidental/broken down. Then i requested for refund from customer service named Ms Azlynn but until now 17/2/2022 no refund have been made to my bank account. 3.Very slow CS response."
